What Ledger Live Backup Really Means
In the Ledger system, ledger live backup primarily refers to your 24‑word recovery phrase.
• Your private keys are safely stored inside your Ledger Hardware wallet.
• The Ledger Live app only shows and manages account data, not the keys themselves.
• Your 24‑word phrase can recreate your wallet on a new device at any time.
A proper backup strategy includes:
• Writing down the recovery phrase accurately and legibly

Restoring Your Wallet With Ledger Live
